- Check Engine light, rough idle, hesitation, flashing MIL if severe
- Worn spark plug
- Faulty ignition coil
- Injector or fuel issue
- Vacuum leak
- Low compression

- Identify affected cylinder(s), inspect plugs/coils, check fuel trims and compression if needed
